This is a wonderful looking dish and doesn't seem too difficult. I think I might try it. I have never used puff pastry, would you use a serrated knife to slice it?

Looks amazing but how do you cut this without making mess?
Thomas Joseph! Your freaking awesome….
Is it just me, or does Thomas Joseph with longer hair look like the dad from This Is Us?
Have followed Thomas for so long, but I really wanna say…Have your hair cut, please.
You're using 'boughten' pastry. It's a real word. It means 'store-bought'.
You didn't demonstrate the cutting technique. You can't just cut it with an ordinary chef's knife, you have to use a serrated knife.
Thanks Thomas. You really make it sound so easy. Will definitely try this
