looks really delicious
I love it too!
Looks very yum!
Whoaa…I have never seen a recipe that has 3 CUPS ++ of salt (well, that's what the written recipe says). I know it won't all absorb in to the potatoes, squash, etc. but if even 2 or 3 tablespoons – of the 48 tablespoons in the recipe – absorb in + the Parmigiano, that's a lot! 😳 ….i generally love butternut gnocchi with brown butter though….
This looks delicious and Roze is great! Hope he shows up again 🙂
He’s a fun cook! I definitely want to try this after seeing how much fun he had
Gnocchi is Italian food. i want my culture promoted by italian chefs. this is cultural appropriation
I dont get why he put so much salt on the tray? Then added MORE
Literally eating gnocchi right now. The algorithm is toooo strong
What a pleasure to watch a master chef make a delicious, yet daunting recipe become accessible to a home cook.
But why do I have all these things in my kitchen!?!?!?!
Please do more videos. Love your personality and easy going style. What a wonderful recipe to try this week. Thanks.
Please have Roze back! Love him!

This looks like a fabulous and delicious dish; I am assuredly going to make this at home. Chef could use a taller countertop!! Great video, Food52 Team!
He was great, classical but with some flair and fun techniques.
